Program Deadlines

April 1, 2026 Application Deadline | Spain Group Visa Deadline
- We advise that you have a valid passport by the application deadline. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months beyond the program end date. Students wishing to join USAC's group visa submission must have a valid passport by this date.
June 15 Fall Semester Balance Due Deadline | Financial Aid Deferment Form Due
June 15 Fall Semester Confirmation Deposit Refund Deadline
July 1 Fall Semester Tuition Refund Deadline | Refer to Enhanced Refund Policy
