Program Deadlines
| September 15, 2024 | Application Deadline | Spain Group Visa Deadline - UPDATED |
| - | If you will apply for your student visa through the Spanish Consulate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York and wish to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process, you must complete your study abroad application and submit all program materials, including passport copy and home university approval by the Spain Group Visa Deadline. |
| - | You must have a valid passport in-hand by the application deadline to be part of the group visa submission. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date. If you do not have a valid passport in hand by the application deadline, you may not take part in the group visa submission. |
