USAC is a non-profit organization that provides quality, affordable study abroad programs. Our programs give students flexibility and control in selecting options that impact program cost.

Program Deadlines

- | If you will apply for your student visa through the Spanish Consulate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York and wish to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process, you are strongly advised to complete your study abroad application by the Early Admission deadline since later group visa submission is not guaranteed. Contact your Enrollment Specialist to discuss your options. |
- | You must have a valid passport in-hand by the Early Admission deadline to be part of the group visa submission. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date. If you do not have a valid passport in hand by the Early Admission deadline, you may not take part in the group visa submission and will follow the Standard Application deadline below. |
