Internships for Madrid, Spain

USAC internships abroad are a great way to enhance your educational experience. Participating in a structured work or research experience with an international organization, whether in-person or virtually, will help you gain valuable skills and hands-on experience while expanding your professional network and immersing yourself in the workplace culture of Spain.

A $985 internship placement fee will be required of all students participating in an in-person USAC internship. This fee helps offset the costs of securing quality internship placements and helps provide a range of professional development activities, including an online internship seminar, career workshops, and panel discussions.

Internship placements in Madrid may require four semesters of college Spanish unless otherwise noted

A number of art galleries in and around Madrid specializing in photography, installation, painting, video art, new media, and conceptual and minimal art, among others. These galleries work with a wide variety of artists from different backgrounds, exhibiting their works, providing tours to guests, participating in community engagement projects, and contributing to national and international art fairs.

    • Four semesters of college-level Spanish.
    • Majors in art or related disciplines.
    • Experience with Photoshop and 3D design tools preferred.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management

Pickleball Tour Spain is a US tour company that organizes "sport- tourism" tours in Spain. The 8-days tours mainly take place in Spain (Madrid, Barcelona and Malaga), and some may take place in other European countries.
