Program Deadlines
| September 15, 2024 | Early Admission | Spain Group Visa Deadline |
| - | If you will apply for your student visa through the Spanish Consulate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York and wish to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process, you must complete your study abroad application by the Early Admission deadline. |
| - | You must have a valid passport in-hand by the Early Admission deadline to be part of the group visa submission. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date. If you do not have a valid passport in hand by the Early Admission deadline, you may not take part in the group visa submission and will follow the Standard Application deadline below. |

| January 11 | Field trip — Toledo |
| January 13 | First day of instruction |
| March 8 | Field trip — El Escorial |
| April 11 - 21 | Spring break |
| May 1 - 2 | Holiday |
| May 7 | Last day of instruction |
| May 8 - 9 | Final examinations |
| May 10 | Move out of program housing |
| May 10 | Program ends |
| May 10 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
