Field trips for Nishinomiya, Japan
Below are examples of past field trips, and students also are invited to join other activities as planned during the summer and semester.
The calendar of activities, including field trips, will be announced at orientation and is subject to change at the discretion of the Kwansei Gakuin University's schedule. Possible destinations include:
Kyoto
Explore one of the best-preserved cities in Japan, which experienced very little destruction during WWII. Kyoto is home to many UNESCO World Heritage sites and offers incredible history and culture for its visitors.
Kagawa Prefecture
This overnight trip to Kagawa Prefecture includes visits to local and historical sites, including a chance to make Kagawa’s famous udon noodle from scratch and to visit udon restaurants.
Other activities
Activities in the past have included taking a trip to the local baths and a visit to Himeji Castle.
