| - | You must have a valid passport in hand by this date to reasonably meet deadlines to apply for a student visa for study in Italy. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| May 1 | Holiday - Labor Day |
| May 2 | Last day of instruction |
| May 3 - 5 | Final examinations |
