Program Deadlines

| - | You must have a valid passport in hand by this date to reasonably meet deadlines to apply for a student visa for study in Italy. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| October 9 | Field trip – Valpolicella & San Giorgio Village |
| November 6 | Field trip – Venice Day Trip |
| December 8 | Holiday - Immacolata |
| December 10 | Last day of instruction |
| December 11 | Field trip – Bolzano Christmas Market Day Trip |
| December 14 - 16 | Final examinations |
| December 17 | Program ends |
| December 17 | Move out of program housing |
| December 17 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
