Program Deadlines
| March 15, 2025 | Early Admission Group Visa Deadline - Los Angeles Consulate Only |
| - | Refer to the Consulate General of Italy's website to determine which consulate jursidiction(s) you fall under. If you will apply for your student visa through the Italian Consulate in Los Angeles you are required to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process and are strongly advised to complete your study abroad application by the Early Admission deadline since later group visa submission is not guaranteed. Contact your Enrollment Specialist to discuss your options. |
| - | Group visa participants must have a valid passport in-hand by the Early Admission deadline. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| August 27 | Arrival in Verona by 6:00 p.m. | Program starts |
| August 28 | Move into program housing |
| August 28 - 29 | Mandatory orientation |
| August 29 | First day of instruction |
| September 19 | Field trip – Venice |
| October 1 - 3 | Optional tour - Lake Como & Switzerland |
| October 17 | Field trip – Lake Garda |
| November 1 | Holiday - All Saint's Day |
| December 8 | Holiday |
| December 11 | Last day of instruction |
| December 12 - 17 | Final examinations |
| December 18 | Program ends |
| December 18 | Move out of program housing |
| December 18 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
