| - | You must have a valid passport in hand by this date to reasonably meet deadlines to apply for a student visa for study in Italy. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| August 26, 2025 | Departure from the U.S. on optional group flight |
| August 27 | Arrival in Verona by 6:00 p.m. | Program starts |
| August 27 | Move into program housing |
| August 28 - 29 | Mandatory orientation |
| August 29 | First day of instruction |
| September 19 | Field trip – Lake Garda |
| October 2 - 4 | Optional tour – Lake Como, Italy and Lugano, Switzerland |
| October 10 | Field trip - Valpolicella |
| November 1 | Holiday – All Saint's Day |
| November 7 | Field trip – Venice |
| December 5 | Field trip – Bolzano |
| December 8 | Holiday |
| December 11 | Last day of instruction |
| December 12 - 17 | Final examinations |
| December 18 | Program ends |
| December 18 | Move out of program housing |
| December 18 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
