| - | You must have a valid passport in hand by this date to reasonably meet deadlines to apply for a student visa for study in Italy. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| February 18 | Field trip - Orvieto |
| March 4 - 5 | Optional tour - Florence |

| April 25 | Holiday - Liberation Day |
