| July 2 | First day of instruction |
| July 14 | Field trip - Tarot Garden (after class) |
| July 23 | Field trip - Palazzo Farnese (after class) |
| July 30 | Last day of instruction |
| July 31 - August 3 | Final examinations |
| August 4 | Program ends |
| August 4 | Move out of program housing |
| August 4 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
