| June 17 | Arrival in Vienna before 6 p.m. (if on the optional tour) | Optional tour starts |
| June 18 - 21 | Optional tour – Vienna and Budapest |
| June 21 | Departure from the U.S. (if not on the optional tour) |
| June 22 | Arrival in Prague (all students) before 6 p.m. | Program starts |
| June 22 | Move into program housing |
| June 22 | Mandatory orientation |
| June 22 | First day of instruction |
| June 26 | Field trip – Lidice, Litoměřice, and Terezín |
| July 10 | Field trip – Konopiště Castle and historic city of Tábor |
| July 22 | Last day of instruction |
| July 23 | Final examinations |
| July 24 | Program ends |
| July 24 | Move out of program housing |
| July 24 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
