| May 17 - 18 | Mandatory orientation |
| May 18 | First day of instruction |
| May 29 | Field trip – Kutná Hora and Medieval Town |
| June 5 | Field trip – Glass Workshop |
| June 17 | Last day of instruction |
| June 17 - 18 | Final examinations |
| June 18 - 21 | Optional tour - Vienna and Budapest |
| June 19 | Program ends (if not on optional tour) |
| June 19 | Move out of program housing (if not on optional tour) |
| June 19 | Individual return (if not on optional tour) |
| June 22 | Program ends (if on optional tour) |
