| June 5 | Field trip – Glass Workshop |
| June 17 | Session I - Last day of instruction |
| June 17 - 18 | Session I final examinations |
| June 18 - 21 | Optional tour – Vienna and Budapest |
| June 22 | Session II - First day of instruction |
| June 26 | Field trip – Lidice, Litoměřice, and Terezín |
| July 10 | Field trip – Konopiště Castle and historic city of Tábor |
| July 22 | Session II - Last day of instruction |
| July 23 | Session II final examinations |
| July 24 | Program ends |
| July 24 | Move out of program housing |
