| September 26 - 27 | Overnight Field trip – Post-Civilization Wilderness |
| October 2 | Field trip – Český Krumlov |
| October 4 - 7 | Optional tour – Vienna and Budapest |
| October 17 | Field trip – Lidice-Litoměřice-Terezín |
| October 28 - 30 | Fall break |
| November 7 | Field trip – Glassworks Workshop |
| November 28 - 30 | Optional tour – Dresden and Nuremberg |
| December 9 | Last day of instruction |
