Off-campus apartments

Students will live in independent, off-campus apartment complexes located within walking distance from the university. The apartment complexes are available in several locations and with different amenities.

USAC students can choose between single or shared rooms. Rent is paid on site to the housing administration of each complex.

Amenities between each off-campus apartment will vary. Examples include, air-conditioning and heaters, small kitchens/kitchenettes, private bathrooms and showers, as well as desks, chairs, sitting areas, and high-speed wireless internet. Shared laundry facilities will also be available. Photos featured below are a sample of the shared apartments:
