| - | We advise that you have a valid passport by the application deadline. Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months beyond the program end date. Students wishing to join USAC's group visa submission must have a valid passport by this date. |

| November 1 | Holiday - Todos Los Santos |
| December 6 | Holiday - Dia de la Constitucion |
| December 8 | Holiday - Inmaculada Concepcion |
| December 10 | Last day of instruction |
| December 13 - 15 | Final examinations |
| December 16 | Program ends |
| December 16 | Move out of program housing |
| December 16 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
