Off-Campus Residence Hall

USAC students are housed in shared apartments within a residence hall located in downtown Lisbon. Students will have a private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living space. A mini fridge is also provided in each room, along with a set of towels and sheets. The apartments are typically shared between 5-8 USAC students.

The housing property is quite modern and includes an on-site gym, 24/7 reception desk, and state-of-the-art multimedia room. There is also a secure two-step keycard required to enter the building. The residence provides regular cleaning services; common areas are cleaned daily, and bedrooms are cleaned weekly. On-site laundry facilities are available, and students should be prepared to pay for each load. Wi-Fi is also included in each room and shared apartment unit. Lisbon enjoys widespread free Wi-Fi, and local 4G data plans are reasonably priced.
