On-site staff for Viterbo, Italy

Specialty programs have an on-site Resident Director (RD) who is responsible for the USAC office abroad and overall operations of the program, including securing appropriate student housing, hiring top-level faculty, organizing field trips and optional tours, and overseeing your general well-being.

Meet the Resident Director

Your Viterbo experience is supported by a dedicated local team with deep connections to the city and the program. Viterbo Resident Director, Francesca del Giudice, has been with the program since it opened in 2006. She holds a Master of Fine Arts and has studied and worked abroad, bringing both academic and international experience to her role.

She works closely with Program Assistant Luisa Quatrini to help you feel at home from the moment you arrive. From meeting you at the airport and welcoming you to Viterbo to providing on-site orientation, helping you settle into your housing, and organizing engaging field trips, tours, and a variety of activities, Francesca and Luisa are here to support you throughout your time in Viterbo and help you make the most of your experience in Italy.
