| - | You must have a valid passport in hand by this date to reasonably meet deadlines to apply for a student visa for study in Italy. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| January 12 | Arrival in Torino by 6:00 p.m. | Program starts |
| January 12 | Overnight in an orientation hotel |
| January 13 | Move into program housing |
| January 14 | Mandatory orientation |
| January 15 | First day of instruction |
| February 6 | Field trip – Italian Alps |
| February 17 | Field trip – Ivrea Orange Throwing Battle |
| March 20 - 21 | Optional tour - Bergamo & Lake Como |
| April 3 - 6 | Spring break |
| April 17 | Field trip – Piedmont countryside |
| May 1 | Holiday |
| May 4 | Last day of instruction |
| May 5 - 8 | Final examinations |
| May 9 | Program ends |
| May 9 | Move out of program housing |
| May 9 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
