Program Deadlines

October 1, 2025 Application Deadline
- You must have a valid passport in hand by this date to reasonably meet deadlines to apply for a student visa for study in Italy. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date.
November 15 Balance Due Deadline | Financial Aid Deferment Form Due
November 15 Confirmation Deposit Refund Deadline
December 1 Tuition Refund Deadline | Refer to Enhanced Refund Policy
