Apartments

USAC students attending Shanghai Normal University (SHNU) will live in a nearby service apartment. The west gate of the campus is a short, 10-minute walk away from the apartment building.

The living facilities are designed to offer students double rooms. Each room includes a small kitchen area for cooking and a refrigerator to store food. The rooms also feature a private bathroom as well as separate washing machine. A bed and a wardrobe is also provided.

The building includes a reception area and a gym. While the reception is not open 24 hours, there is 24-hour security and a gate access system. Additionally, there is a 24-hour WeChat concierge service available, and the staff can speak English.

Residence Halls

Residence halls are generally on campus. Students typically can choose a double occupancy room with shared living areas and bathroom, or a single room with a private bath. Residence halls feature laundry facilities and are near campus cafeterias and local markets.
