Program Deadlines
| September 15, 2024 | Early Admission | Spain Group Visa Deadline |
| - | If you will apply for your student visa through the Spanish Consulate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York and wish to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process, you must complete your study abroad application by the Early Admission deadline. |
| - | You must have a valid passport in-hand by the Early Admission deadline to be part of the group visa submission. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date. If you do not have a valid passport in hand by the Early Admission deadline, you may not take part in the group visa submission and will follow the Standard Application deadline below. |

| February 21 | Group Activity - Bizkaia Bridge |
| February 28 | Group Activity - Gastronomical Society |
| March 14 | Field Trip - Southern France |
| April 14 - 25 | Spring Break |
| May 1 | Holiday - Labor day |
| May 9 | Last day of instruction |
| May 12 - 14 | Final examinations |
| May 15 | Move out of program housing |
