On-Campus Residence Hall (Semester & Summer Students)
The university has several on-campus residence halls. Visiting students can typically indicate their preferences among two or three residence hall locations, which vary each year. Most residence halls include private bedrooms within shared flats (apartments), although studio spaces may also be available. Flats are fully furnished and are usually shared between five to ten students with their own cooking facilities. Private and shared bathrooms are available. Most of the on-campus student residences are located on the north shore of the campus loch, which is a wildlife reserve teeming with ducks and swans.
