KMU Contract Housing: Student Apartment

Semester only

Live in a vibrant student community in these off-campus student apartments. Each student has a private bedroom and bathroom with access to a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, and lounge areas that are perfect for socializing with new friends. The apartment building is conveniently located next to public transportation making it easy to get around. Each room is equipped with internet access, bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and small refrigerator.

KMU Managed Housing: Residence Hall

Semester and Summer; included in USAC Summer program fee

Live in the on-campus residence hall, a quick 10-minute walk to classes. Each is a suite-style dormitory including beds, shower stalls, toilets, and internet access (wired & wireless). USAC students stay in a quadruple occupancy room during the semester and a double occupancy room during the summer. The on-campus residence hall features a large cafeteria, laundry rooms, fitness room, and a convenience store. Several lounges provide comfortable study space. Semester students, please note that the availability of the residence hall is limited so you may be placed in the off-campus apartments regardless of preference.

Eligibility

Kookmin University

  • Minimum GPA: 2.5 (all terms)
  • Semester programs only:
    • Minimum class standing: Sophomore
    • Open to degree-seeking students attending a 4-year institution at the time of application

Korea University

  • Minimum GPA: 2.5 (all terms)
  • Semester programs only:
    • Minimum class standing: Applicants must have sophomore standing or higher at time of application, and
      transfer students must have completed at least one semester at their current institution.

Yonsei University

  • Minimum GPA: 2.5 (all terms)
  • Semester programs only:
    • Applicants must be degree-seeking at a 4-year institution and have sophomore standing at time of application. In addition to above, transfer students must have one semester completed at their current institution.
