Residence Hall

The residence hall is a short walk from campus in a beautiful, naturally wooded area. Each furnished room has a telephone, air conditioning, and private toilet and washbasin. Kitchens, showers, and coin-operated washers and dryers are shared. Kitchens are equipped with refrigerators and gas-ranges but residents will need to bring or purchase kitchen utensils. Each floor has a common lounge that can be used for socializing and relaxing. Housing fees are government-supported and extremely affordable.

Off-campus Apartments

Hiroshima University organizes the rental of private apartments in the local area around the Higashi-Hiroshima Campus, also at an affordable rate. Apartments are located within a 30- 45-minute commuting distance to the university.
