USAC encourages every student to participate in the tour; however, it is optional and has an additional fee. Destinations may change at the discretion of the Resident Director.

Immerse yourself in Cork’s rich heritage as you visit some of Ireland's most beautiful and historic counties. Visit a Victorian-era mansion with walled gardens; explore Spike Island, a remote island monastery-turned-prison; and learn about Irish emigration in Cobh at a seaside exhibition. You’ll also visit the iconic Cliffs of Moher, see incredible rock formations in County Clare, tour Bunratty Castle – the most complete and authentic castle in all of Ireland, and enjoy incredible views of castles, lakes, and landscape on the world-famous Ring of Kerry drive.
