| February 2 | ILCF language courses begin |
| February 16 - 20 | Winter break |
| March 21 - 22 | Tour – Avignon |
| April 6 - 10 | Spring Break |
| April 16 - 19 | Optional tour — Strasbourg and the Alsace Region |
| April 25 | Field trip — Beaujolais |
| April 30 | Last day of instruction |

| May 4 - 6 | Final examinations |
