| September 25 - 28 | Optional tour – Marseille and the Mediterranean Sea |
| September 30 | Mandatory ILCF French language placement exams |
| October 6 | ILCF French language courses begin |
| October 17 - 18 | Tour – Bourgogne & Dijon |
| October 27 - 31 | Fall break |
| November 11 | Holiday |
| November 15 | Field trip – Drôme-Ardèche |
| December 12 | Last day of instruction |
| December 15 - 17 | Final examinations |
| December 18 | Program ends |
| December 18 | Move out of program housing by 10 a.m. |
