On-Site Staff for Bengaluru, India

The Bengaluru program is a USAC specialty program with an on-site Resident Director (RD) who is responsible for the USAC office abroad and the overall operations of the program. The RD and Program Assistant provide on-site orientation, oversees your academic affairs, organizes activities, and provides valuable assistance and resources.

Meet the Resident Director

Resident Director Jacob John has more than a decade of experience in international education, a bachelor’s degree in hotel management, and master’s degrees in human resource management and management. Jacob previously oversaw the Bengaluru program from 2007–2017, returning to the role in the spring of 2025.

Program Assistant

Program Assistant, Seema Shaji, also assists USAC students at Christ University while in Bengaluru.
