| July 7 | First day of instruction |
| July 12 | Field trip – Lübeck & Travemünde Beach |
| July 19 | Field trip – Bremerhaven |
| August 2 | Field trip – Bremen |
| August 5 | Last day of instruction |
| August 6 - 7 | Final examinations |
| August 8 | Program ends |
| August 8 | Move out of program housing |
