| January 27 | ILCF French language placement exams |
| January 28 - 31 | Optional tour – Strasbourg and the Alsace Region |
| February 1 | ILCF language courses begin |
| February 6 | Field trip – Snowshoeing in the French Alps |
| February 15 - 19 | Winter break |
| March 20 | Field trip – Beaujolais |
| March 28 | Holiday - Easter |
| March 29 | Holiday - Lundi de Pâques |
| March 30 - April 2 | Spring break |
| April 17 - 18 | Overnight field trip – Avignon and Provence |
| April 29 | Last day of instruction |
