| September 1 | Move into program housing |
| September 2 | First day of instruction |
| September 11 - 12 | Overnight field trip – Bourgogne and Dijon - "Mustard Region" |
| September 24 - 27 | Optional tour – Marseille and the Mediterranean Sea |
| September 29 | ILCF French language placement exams |
| October 5 | ILCF French language courses begin |
| October 10 | Field trip – Annecy Lake and Old Town |
| October 26 - 30 | Fall break |
| November 1 | Holiday - All Saints' Day |
| November 11 | Holiday - Armistice |
| November 14 | Field trip – The Rhône Valley |
| December 11 | Last day of instruction |
| December 14 - 17 | Final examinations |
| December 18 | Program ends |
| December 18 | Move out of program housing |
| December 18 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
