| September 29 - October 2 | Optional tour – Tropical Caribbean - Bocas del Toro, Panamá |
| November 14 - 15 | Field trip – Monteverde cloud forest |
| November 26 | Holiday - Thanksgiving |
| November 30 | Last day of instruction |
| December 1 | Holiday - Abolición del ejercito |
| December 2 - 4 | Final examinations |
| December 5 | Program ends |
| December 5 | Move out of program housing |
