| February 10 - 15 | Optional Tour – Tropical Caribbean and Bocas del Toro, Panamá Tour |
| March 25 - 29 | Spring break/Semana Santa |
| April 11 | Holiday – Día de Juan Santamaría (no classes) |
| April 19 - 20 | Tour – La Fortuna Waterfall and Hot Springs (leave after classes) |
| May 1 | Holiday – Labor Day (no classes) |
| May 7 | Last day of instruction |
| May 8 - 9 | Final examinations |
| May 9 | Program ends |
| May 10 | Move out of program housing |
