USAC is a non-profit organization that provides quality, affordable study abroad programs. Our programs give students flexibility and control in selecting options that impact program cost.

Program Deadlines

September 15, 2023 Early Admission | Spain Group Visa Deadline
- If you will apply for your student visa through the Spanish Consulate in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York and wish to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process, you must complete your study abroad application by the Early Admission deadline.
- You must have a valid passport in-hand by the Early Admission deadline to be part of the group visa submission. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date. If you do not have a valid passport in hand by the Early Admission deadline, you may not take part in the group visa submission and will follow the Standard Application deadline below.
October 1 Standard Application Deadline
- This is the USAC application deadline if you plan to work directly with the Spanish Consulate to apply for a student visa on your own
- We advise that you have a valid passport in hand by this date. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date.
November 15 Balance Due Deadline | Financial Aid Disbursement Form Due
November 15 Confirmation Deposit Refund Deadline
December 1 Tuition Refund Deadline | Refer to Enhanced Refund Policy
