January 15, 2021 Tuition Refund Deadline (no refunds after this date)

February 12, 2021 Departure from the US (If you choose to arrange your own housing upon arrival, you should arrive at least 2 weeks prior to orientation). Move-in dates vary.

February 15 Mandatory orientation
February 22 Courses begin
April 12 - 23 Mid-semester break
May 28 Courses end
May 31 - June 4 Study period
June 7 - 19 Final examinations
June 7 - 19 Program end date coincides with last day of your exams
Open return Students establish their own date of return

USAC does its best to estimate these dates ahead of time and to keep it as up-to-date as possible. Many times, updated calendar dates are included in your host university acceptance letter.
