    Program fee includes:

    • tuition and fees
    • host university housing information assistance
    • personalized pre-departure advising
    • immigration visa guidance
    • parental support and advisement
    • scholarship advising and assistance
    • transcript assistance
    • student health insurance (additional insurance coverage mandated by Japanese government not included)
    • free medical consultation on campus
    • Hiroshima University mandatory orientation in Hiroshima
    Program Deadlines
    September 1, 2016 Application Opens, Early Admission Period Begins
    January 15, 2017 Fall Early Admission Period Ends ($500 confirmation deposit is non-refundable)
    February 15 Application Closes (Late application may be possible - contact USAC)
    March 15 Fall Balance Due Deadline
    September 4 Fall Cancellation Deadline (no refunds)

    USAC reserves the right to make adjustments to fees or deadlines at any time. If a program fills earlier than anticipated, USAC may move up the position hold payment deadline date to secure students’ placement in the program.
