Program Deadlines

September 15, 2023 Early Admission Group Visa Deadline - Los Angeles Consulate Only
- If you will apply for your student visa through the Italian Consulate in Los Angeles you are required to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process and must complete your study abroad application by the Early Admission deadline.
- Group visa participants must have a valid passport in-hand by the Early Admission deadline. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date.
October 1 Standard Application Deadline
- This is the USAC application deadline if you plan to work directly with the Italian Consulate to apply for a student visa on your own
- We advise that you have a valid passport in hand by this date. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date.
November 15 Balance Due Deadline | Financial Aid Disbursement Form Due
November 15 Confirmation Deposit Refund Deadline
December 1 Tuition Refund Deadline | Refer to Enhanced Refund Policy
