Reggio Emilia Calendars – 2024 Spring
USAC recommends that you have a passport in hand by the application dates below. Passport processing times and details can be found on the U.S. Department of State website. Currently, it can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks to process a passport depending on your circumstances. Program Deadlines
| September 15, 2023 | Early Admission Group Visa Deadline - Los Angeles Consulate Only |
| - | If you will apply for your student visa through the Italian Consulate in Los Angeles you are required to take part in USAC’s group visa submission process and must complete your study abroad application by the Early Admission deadline. |
| - | Group visa participants must have a valid passport in-hand by the Early Admission deadline. Check your passport expiration date: the passport must be valid a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| - | This is the USAC application deadline if you plan to work directly with the Italian Consulate to apply for a student visa on your own |
| - | We advise that you have a valid passport in hand by this date. Your passport must be valid for a minimum six months beyond the program end date. |

| May 6 - 10 | Final examinations |
