    • University College Cork mandatory orientation in Cork
    • welcome reception
    • Heritage Weekend field trip
    • USAC-organized field trips to Rock of Cashel and Cahir Castle, Killarney National Park and Muckross House and Gardens
    • Student Heritage card (which provides free admission to all Office of Public Works Heritage sites throughout Ireland)
    • on-site support from UCC and on-site USAC Resident Director

    Program Deadlines
    September 1, 2016 Application Opens, Early Admission Period Begins
    September 1, 2017 Spring Early Admission Period Ends ($500 confirmation deposit is non-refundable)
    October 15 Application Closes (Late application may be possible - contact USAC)
    November 15 Spring Balance Due Deadline
    December 20 Spring Cancellation Deadline (no refunds)

    USAC reserves the right to make adjustments to fees or deadlines at any time. If a program fills earlier than anticipated, USAC may move up the position hold payment deadline date to secure students’ placement in the program.
