USAC is a non-profit organization that provides quality, affordable study abroad programs. Our programs give students flexibility and control in selecting options that impact program cost.

Program Deadlines

September 1, 2019 Application Opens, Early Admission Begins
July 15, 2020 Application Closes (Late application possible)
July 31 Fall $500 confirmation deposit is non-refundable
July 31 Fall Balance Due Deadline | Financial Aid Disbursement Form Due
August 7 Fall Tuition Refund Deadline (No refunds after this date)
