| September 2 - 9 | Mandatory orientation |
| September 5 | Courses begin |
| September 10 | Field Trip - Hamburg |
| October 8 | Field Trip - Bremen |
| October 22 | Field Trip - Emigration Museum in Bremerhaven |
| November 12 | Field Trip - Neuengamm Concentration Camp Memorial |
| November 24 - 25 | Fall Break |
| December 10 | Field Trip - Lubeck Christmas Market |
| December 14 - 15 | Courses end |
| December 14 - 15 | Final examinations |
| December 15 | Program end date |
| December 16 | Move out of program housing |
| Open return | Students establish their own date of return. This date must coincide with the end of the program and German Resident Permit dates. |
