September 1, 2018	Application Opens, Early Admission Begins
February 15, 2019	Early Admission Ends ($500 confirmation deposit is non-refundable)
April 1	Application Closes (Late application may be possible - contact USAC)
May 1	Balance Due Deadline \| Financial Aid Disbursement Form Due
	Tuition Refund Deadline (no refunds after this date)

Program Dates
May 19, 2019	Departure from the US on optional group flight
May 20	Arrival in Lüneburg before 6 pm
	Move into housing
May 21	Welcome and mandatory orientation (begins at 10 am)
	Lüneburg walking tour (mandatory as part of orientation)
May 22	Courses begin
	Placement and class introduction (mandatory as part of orientation)
May 24	Class registration (mandatory as part of orientation)
May 25	Field trip—Hamburg (mandatory as part of orientation)
June 15	Field trip—Schwerin
June 24	Courses end (courses finish during final examination period)
	Final examinations
	Program end date (if not on the optional tour)
June 25	Move out of housing
June 25 - 28	Optional Berlin Tour
June 28	Program end date (if on tour)
Open return	Students establish their own date of return
