USAC is a non-profit organization that provides quality, affordable study abroad programs. Our programs give students flexibility and control in selecting options that impact program cost.

Program fees includes:

  • Tuition and fees
  • Housing (residence hall or homestay)
  • USAC prearranged housing placement service
  • Homestay includes daily breakfast and two dinners per week
  • Personalized pre-departure advising
  • Visa guidance
  • Parental support and advisement
  • Scholarship advising and assistance
  • Transcript assistance

  • Group flight airport pick-up
  • Mandatory on-site orientation
  • 24-hour emergency local staff support
  • Program-organized field trips

Program Deadlines

September 1, 2019 Application Opens, Early Admission Begins
April 1, 2020 Application Closes (Late application may be possible - contact USAC)
May 1 Summer I & II $500 Confirmation Deposit is Non-Refundable
May 1 Summer I & II Balance Due Deadline | Financial Aid Disbursement Form Due
May 1 Summer I Tuition Refund Deadline (no refunds after this date)
June 1 Summer II Tuition Refund Deadline (no refunds after this date)
