| January 31 | ILCF Language Placement Test |
| February 3 | Field trip - French Alps |
| February 5 | ILCF language courses begin |
| February 26 - March 1 | Winter break |
| March 23 | Field trip - Beaujolais |
| April 1 | Holiday - no class |
| April 15 - 19 | Spring Break |
| April 25 - 28 | Optional Tour - Provence and Occitània |
| May 1 | Holiday - no class |
| May 8 - 9 | Holiday - no class |
| May 10 | Last day of instruction |
| May 13 - 16 | Final examinations |
| May 17 | Program ends |
