| January 15 | First day of instruction | Intensive Czech language course begins |
| February 3 | Field trip - Glassworks |
| March 11 - 15 | Spring Break |
| March 22 - 26 | Optional tour/field study - Vienna and Budapest |
| April 6 | Field trip - Lidice and Terezín |
| April 13 | Field trip - Kutná Hora (bone chapel) |
| April 24 | Last day of instruction |
| April 25 - 26 | Final examinations |
| April 27 | Program ends |
| April 27 | Move out of program housing |
| April 27 | Optional group flight return | Individual return |
