July 31 Fall $500 confirmation deposit is non-refundable
July 31 Fall Balance Due Deadline | Financial Aid Disbursement Form Due

October 3 Optional Hike - Beggar and Spinner Castles
October 4 Optional Hike - Volcanos
October 17 - 18 Optional Trip - Pilsen and post-civilization wilderness
November 7 Field Trip - Glassworks
November 26 Thanksgiving dinner at school
December 6 Optional Trip - Tisá Walls
December 17 - 18 Courses end
December 17 - 18 Final examinations
December 17 - 18 Program end date coincides with last final exam
December 19 Move out of program housing (noon checkout)
December 19 *Open return is not possible unless students have the necessary documents to stay in Europe for more than 90 days
